This course will enable you to:
1. identify the legal framework governing discrimination, harassment and workplace bullying;
2. understand key concepts such as direct and indirect discrimination and reasonable management action;
3. recognise who is responsible for such conduct, including the obligations of employees; and
4. understand how complaints are made and the legal process.
This course has been designed to assist an organisation to discharge its compliance obligations and should be used as part of the organisation's induction and onboarding processes.
We suggest that managers and those with people management responsibility in an organisation complete the "Behaviour and Culture for Managers and HR Practioners" course.
