This course will enable you to:
1. identify circumstances in which an employer might consider terminating an employee's employment;
2. develop an understanding of the options that are open to an employer in effecting a termination of employment;
3. examine the legal risks involved in the termination of an employee's employment; and
4. identify the way in which the legal risks of terminating an employee's employment may be managed.
