This course will enable you to:
1. identify the legal framework regarding workplace bullying, discrimination, and sexual harassment;
2. recognise the legal meaning of key concepts, including "workplace bullying", "reasonable management action", "sexual harassment" and "unlawful discrimination";
3. recognise the obligations of employers and employees with respect to workplace bullying, unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment, along with the legal risks associated with these types of behaviour; and
4. understand the role of the Fair Work Commission ("FWC") and the Australian Human Rights Commission in dealing with complaints about workplace bullying, unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment.
